I’m mainly going to talk referring to training, but it can also be used for other things in your daily life too.

Have you ever thought how to increase your energy/stamina during training for only that specific moment? “Practice more and improve your stamina or run everyday or something”. Well, yeah your most definite that you’ll increase your stamina for sure..! If you don’t improve from that then it must be something wrong with you or your training method. Its more of a mental thing rather than a physical thing. Its to do with the power of your mind… and I’ll tell you an easy and quick way on how to achieve this.

But don’t even start to think of anything like moving a broken car by using just your mind for example. I mean, theres more easy and efficient ways on how to move a broken car. For those who want to do impossible things like that for example, you should keep it to yourself. Use common sense and general knowledge. Use your head for those kind of stuff. 

Ok sorry I got carried away. So imagine yourself in a really difficult situation. For example:

  • Your holding the edge of a cliff with one hand and your trying your hardest to get up or else you gonna fall and die
  • Someone killed one of your best friends and you’re filled with anger and hatred. You see the murderer and you release all your anger and hatred on that murderer.
  • The world is going to end today and you have to train even more harder, in order to save the world

If that doesn’t help you like me, then think of your favourite TV/movie/Anime/Manga scenes or whatever which will make you get more energy. In my case, I usually think of that dragonball Z (its a japanese manga/anime haha) Freeza Saga scene when Krillin gets killed by Freeza (final form) and Goku’s anger explodes and turn into super saiyan. That makes me train even more harder and gives me more energy/stamina. Hehe.

Yes. Wakey wakey, rise and shine. I wrote that as my title so that people can know how to really wake up. Ever seen The Matrix? Oohh, you have already? Oohhh… I’m sorry but go see it again and fully understand the truth behind its movie. 

For those of you who doesn’t understand the meaning behind this article and thinking

“is this japanese guy crazy or something!? Well I know these guys are crazy but… this guys a total weirdo o.O”  .

You can enjoy the world you live in or you can start learning the truth behind this enormous structured system generated by humans (?) to control humans.

JUST WANTED TO SHARE TO EVERYONE…

I was thinking one day in a park about all those successful people.

People who are well respected even now and after death. 

And then I was thinking about success. 

What is success? And how can you achieve success throughout life?

I created a quote in my earlier posts saying

“no excuses. Practice. Practice. Practice.” and by that I mean, gaining experience by training. Experience is a vital source you need to become good at something or even mastering that skill. But that can’t just make you successful. 

To be honest, I’m an Atheist but believe in spiritual things. I believe that there are extraterrestrial life out in the universe (Alienssssss lol), I believe in ghosts and I believe that there are other dimensions which we cannot see with our physical eye.

Midnight training

Ever since I heard and saw the Korean bboys training from midnight till morning,

I was fascinated by it. I normally sleep, watch some movies or go on a night out during midnight or even meditate! ..But training in midnight shows signs of dedication for bboying or perhaps what some say, a way towards Narcissism by showing off their bboy level comparing with others. 

Normally, people sleep during midnight as their biological clock in their body set their body and mind to go asleep while all kinds of chemical reaction and changes happen inside our body while we are sleeping. Some people prefer not to sleep or cannot sleep due to other environmental surrounding aspects. It could be some kind of sleeping disorder or that they have a midnight job for example. It is said that a human will die if they do not sleep for a long period of time. In my experience, having not to sleep for 3 days gave me serious fatigue, mind fucked (excuse my language), no concentration, becoming low immune to nasty stuff and having eating disorder haha. 

However, I have also taken in midnight bboy training pretty recent and its not hard at all. All you need is to concentrate and get your mind set ready for training and prepare yourself with a can of energy drink just in case :p !

Some people think its crazy to train during midnight but its really normal. All you have to do is alter the time you sleep and your ready to train anytime!

Like some of my friends say

“Why don’t you just simply train in day time or the evening?

Its makes life so much easier..!!!”

For my case, I just happened to be able to concentrate more and be more creative when no one else is around with no distraction. 

Whats also interesting is that, when you train when you are tired, you improve…

“B-boying  (its correct name)” (Joe Schloss, 2009) and is also called Breakdance. Joe Schloss states that B-boying “is a profoundly spiritual discipline, as much a martial art as a dance, as much a vehicle for self-realization as a series of movements…” The Collins English Dictionary (Harpers Collins Publishers, 2003) terms Breakdance as an acrobatic dance style originating in the 1980’s. Headspin beanies are one type of safety equipment used in this style of dance in order to protect an individual’s head by sewing a mesh fabric either metal or plastic on the beanie and preventing from injuries, which can be fatal.

Meditation Medication

Meditation is the key remedy to life!

For those of you who haven’t meditated, start now!

No joke.

(sounds like I’m advertising meditation but I’m just sharing my thoughts to the world don’t worry)

It’s like a drug and you can get addicted. Some may say that its a miracle drug. I can go on and keep talking forever but as its a waste of time and energy, I will tell you about the key points in my experience.

-time and place does not matter with meditation.

-Meditation improves your concentration and patience

-Meditation is relaxing and calm. You can wash all those negative feelings (if you have any).

-Meditation improves your abilities and skills you have.

-Meditation makes you healthier. 

-Meditation gives you positive energy and makes you and other people around you happy.

-You can fall asleep when meditating and wake up feeling fresh.

-Meditation makes you more philosophical and think more in a third person view.

-Meditation gives you luck

-Meditation makes you go into astral projection (OBE=Out of Body Experience)

-Meditation helps you to do Telekinesis

-Meditation can help unlock your subconsciousness and give you hidden/super abilities

-Meditation improves your creativity/visualisation/imagination/innovation

-Meditation makes you open minded and connected to nature

The real aim of meditation is to have a clear mind.

You can listen to music if it helps and meditate for as long as you want…

but don’t over do it!
